Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a repair take?

Most customers who choose to deliver their musical instrument to our physical location will receive their repairs within 2 days. Those instruments collected from schools are completed and returned within 7 days. Timing may vary depending on the complexity of the repair.

Will I receive an estimate before repairs begin?

Yes. We always provide a detailed estimate and require parent or customer approval before any work is completed.

What if my instrument needs special parts?

If a specific part is not in stock, we will order it. Most special orders arrive within two weeks.

How does payment work for student repairs that were collected from my child's school?

You will receive an email containing both an estimate for your repair cost and a payment portal for direct credit card payment. If preferred, we can also send a PayPal invoice as an option. Once the payment is received, the repairs are performed and the instrument is returned to the school the next scheduled delivery to your area.

What happens if payment is not received on time?

If payment is not submitted, within two weeks of collecting the instrument from the school. The instrument will be returned to the school, without repair, on the next appointed delivery date.

Do you service school-owned instruments?

Yes. School-owned instruments are collected upon the music director’s request and billed to the perspective counties, school or community. All school owned instruments repairs must be approved by the music director prior to service.
